At Khadims, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear or accessory doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Khadims account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return/Exchange' option for the specific item.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the product is unused, unworn, and packed in its original box with all brand tags and invoices intact.

• 3.
  Pickup and Verification

  Our courier partner will arrive within 3-5 business days to collect the package and perform a preliminary quality inspection.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes final inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 working days.
